6 Pack Coaching- 1:1 Sessions

Grief has us frozen so often. Making big decisions- especially financial ones- has us doubting ourselves. This package is for grievers who may be in existing therapy or a support group. Meeting every other week can be easier to weave into a hectic schedule. An option to extend coaching upon completion is available. 

Decision fatigue is REAL. I understand. This is just another one to act upon. But remember, I AM HERE TO MAKE YOUR HARD EASIER. Support you in lightening the heavy load.

This service includes:

• 6, sixty minute virtual coaching sessions 2x/month
• All sessions recorded & shared with you for powerful review & re-watching
• Dive deep into curating habits that support a calmer nervous system
• Email check ins with me between sessions
• Building a mini "Grief Toolkit" so you can begin holding your own hand when coaching is completed.
• Precious space to unload, ease fears & voice thoughts others in your life aren't ready to hear
  
• Discussion that digs into your emotions, reactions & pathway to hope.
