We meet weekly, on Tuesdays at 5 PM EST. 

Early Registration Cost (register by Feb. 3, 2026)- $1,200. 

Standard Cost- $1,500

This is open to all female grievers ready to edit, evict or completely rebuild their table of support. Evolution in community is unique & powerful. 

Upon completion, you will not only have a rekindled hope flame, but also a powerful web of women ready to have your back & honor your expanding heart.

This service includes:

  • 8, ninety-minute virtual coaching sessions- meeting weekly
  • All sessions include a group of other women, rowing a similar boat to you.
  • All sessions recorded & shared with you for powerful review & re-watching.
  • Dive deep into curating habits that support a calmer nervous system.
  • A private Facebook group will be open & used to tether not only me to you, but you to the other women you are evolving with. Videos, journal prompts & discussion will occur between sessions.

  • 1 year of paid subscription to read all my writing on Substack.
